Now add onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, crushed roasted cumin powder, black pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and corom seeds. Now add gram flour. Add salt to taste.   2. Now take start making small balls. Keep all kofta in a separate plate. Heat oil in a kadhai to fry kofta. Add all kofta one by one. Start turning sides after a minute in medium flame..

  4. Heat 3 tbsp oil and add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, bay leaf, dry red chilli powder. Then add tomato paste. Add salt to taste, 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp Coriander Powder. Mix all spices well and cook for 2-3 minutes until oil separates..
  5. Add 1/2 Cup Water cover and cook until oil separates for 3-4 minutes. Open the lid and add kofta to the curry and cook for a minute. Then add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Serve hot..
